Bgears Introduces b-Tarantula Power Supply – Unique SmartFlex modular design and geared up for the modern PC gaming hardware!

The Bgears b-Tarantula is a quiet and efficient spider… sorry… I meant a power supply. The 135mm fan moves great amount of air to its oversized heatsink with low RPM speeds allowing the power supply to operate quietly and have a longer life. Active PFC is becoming a must have for high power efficiency on the latest power hungry PC hardware, up to 86% with the b-Tarantula.

With its unique SmartFlex modular cable design, it’s more flexible allowing this power supply to be used in tighter spaced chassis, including small factor form PC chassis. This also makes it easier for PC enthusiasts to route their cables in PC chassis with cable management design to make it look even more organized.

Additional features include oversize heatsink, auto speed control, and Environmental Friendly Energy Saving Green Power and RoHS Compliant.

The Bgears b-Tarantula will be coming in two flavors. First, the 550 watt version, this will be focused towards the dual core owners and single video card setup systems. Second, the 650 watt version, this will be focused towards the quad core owners and dual video card setup systems. Both power supplies will come with 8-pin PCI-E connectors for the ATI HD 2900 series owners.
